Submission
The submission process will be conducted in two steps:
Step 1 (deadline may 30th, 2026)
Abstract Submission (2 pages) – For initial peer review. Abstracts must be submitted in English (2 page maximum) following the template provided below.
Step 2 (deadline september 18h, 2026)
Full Paper Submission (6 pages) – Only for accepted abstracts. The final paper must be submitted in English and will be included in the official proceeding.
Submissions must follow the full paper template.
Publication Opportunity
Selected papers from the conference can be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. The submissions must align with the technical scopes and thematic areas covered by the IEEE Xplore digital library.

Important:
The languages of the conference are Arabic, English and French; however, abstracts, posters and slides for oral presentations should be in English.
