The submission process will be conducted in two steps:
Step 1 (deadline may 15h, 2026)
Abstract Submission (2 pages) – For initial peer review. Abstracts must be submitted in English (2 page maximum) following the template provided below.
Step 2 (deadline september 15h, 2026)
Full Paper Submission (6 pages) – Only for accepted abstracts. The final paper must be submitted in English and will be included in the official proceeding.
Submissions must follow the full paper template.

Important: The languages of the conference are Arabic, English and French; however, abstracts, posters and slides for oral presentations should be in English.
